Pithecanthropus, through the concept “Rediscover Indonesian culture” would like to present fashion with a combination of high quality silk and old batik motifs from all around Indonesia. The motifs used has become rare and hard to find in Indonesian batik produced nowadays.
Various culture came into Indonesia hundreds of years ago, which by locals in each area were adopted and mixed with their own. Throughout this mix, they managed to produce fine hand-painted batik and reach the peak of batik workmanship in Indonesia.
Therefore Pithecanthropus whises batik admirers not only to witness the grace of various beautiful motifs inherited from the pass, but also to own and make it as part of their today’s life.
